A Tranche of finest Scotch Salmon baked in a tropical marinade with coconut milk on a bed of wild salad leaves and topped with a mango and papaya salad served with a spicy lime and chilli dressing

A blend of fresh cauliflower and artichokes in a velvety soup splashed with basil cream and served with olive oil toasted croutons

Free range English Chicken braised in a rich blend of herbs and spices, Seville oranges and medieval recipe mead. Served with oven-baked market vegetables and baby roast potatoes

A classical British Yule tart of apples, spices and sun kissed fruits with just a hint of cinnamon and a brandy and molasses cream
