This is full on secret agent training. You will receive genuine evasive driving instruction. You will be shown how to manoeuvre and control the car. You will carry out anti-ambush drills such as high speed reverse J-turns and handbrake turns. You'll be wearing out a lot of tyres! You will then have a slalom drive and shoot, where you skid to a halt, shoot the targets from the car and then speed off again against the clock.

This is followed by weapons training. Sniper shooting, air-soft machine gun training, pistol draw, VIP protection skills, unarmed combat and, if all that fails, you can knock out the enemy with your axe throwing techniques!

During the day teams will also be set some code-breaking challenges, where they'll be rewarded spy dollars, or will they become corrupt agents and find they can earn them through other means?!

The day will be split into 5, hour long training sessions, with a one hour break for an excellent buffet lunch.
