Sushi Making Class

Our Sushi making classes are a unique & creative teambuilding experience.

Participants are split into small groups to cover all areas of Sushi making. The event will last for approximately 2 hours.

Team players have to work together in order to create different types of Sushi, enhancing communication and creativity within the group.

Everything is provided for you and participants go home with a Sushi box, Miso soups, chop sticks, Wasabi, Soy sauce, Ginger....and a lot of Sushi!

Agenda:

Greetings & rapid introduction
Cup of green tea and Wasabi peas served to group
Fish & vegetables preparation
Rolling time: Maki rolls, Futomaki & Californai roll
Hand moulding: Nigiri, Temari & Inari Sushi
Decoration tricks: this is where the creative skills flourish
Participants leave happy with their own Sushi box and more...
